Refund & Cancellation

Modesty Premium is $24.99 USD every 30 days, billed in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel. Your card is charged at the start of each billing cycle.

You'll receive a payment receipt by email after every successful charge from our payment processor.

You can cancel anytime — no phone calls, no friction. Open Premium settings and tap Cancel membership. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 30-day cycle, and you keep full Premium access until then.

If you signed up through Apple or Google's app stores, manage your subscription from your device's subscription settings.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your very first Premium purchase. If Modesty isn't right for you, email support@modesty-dating.online within 7 days of your initial charge and we'll refund you in full.

The guarantee applies once per member, on the first paid subscription only. It does not apply to renewals.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, because Premium access has already been provided for that cycle. We do review requests in good faith — if you were charged unexpectedly, contact support within 14 days of the renewal and we'll work with you.

Pro-rated refunds for unused time are not offered when you cancel mid-cycle. Instead, you keep full Premium access through the end of the period you've paid for.

Email us with:

• The email address on your Modesty account.
• The date and amount of the charge.
• A brief reason for the request.

We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Deleting your account is separate from cancelling Premium. To delete your account permanently, contact support — your profile, messages, and personal data will be removed. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before deletion.
