Security is a first-class part of how we build Modesty. Your personal and financial information is protected by multiple layers of safeguards:

• All traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS.
• Data is encrypted at rest in our managed database.
• Row-level security policies ensure members can only access their own data.
• Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Modesty never sees, stores, or transmits raw card numbers.
• Internal access to production systems is restricted, logged, and reviewed.
• We conduct regular security reviews and act quickly on any vulnerability reports.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers (hosting, payments, email delivery) bound by contract to protect it, or when required by law.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting support@modesty-dating.online. We honor verified requests promptly.
